I am currently training as a supervisor with The Groves and offer a reflective, supportive space for trainee counsellors and therapists.
Supervision, for me, is a collaborative and relational process.
I aim to offer a space where you can think openly about your client work, reflect on your experiences, and feel supported in developing both your confidence and your professional identity.
My approach to supervision is grounded in the same values that underpin my therapeutic work: curiosity, compassion, and a non-judgmental stance.
I draw on relational and attachment-informed perspectives, and I am interested in the patterns and dynamics that emerge within the therapeutic relationship, as well as what may be happening within you as the practitioner.
There is space to slow things down, to sit with uncertainty, and to explore both what is happening for your clients and how this is experienced by you.

I currently welcome enquiries from trainee counsellors and therapists who are looking for a supervision space that feels supportive, reflective, and grounded.
I understand that finding the right supervisor is important, and it can take time to find a space that feels like the right fit.
If you’d like to explore whether this might feel supportive for you, you’re very welcome to get in touch.
