If you find yourself overthinking, holding things in, or repeating patterns in relationships,
we can gently explore where this comes from and begin to find new ways forward, at your pace.

You’re very welcome here.
I’m Frankie, an integrative psychotherapist and a registered member of the BACP. I offer a calm, supportive space where you can begin to make sense of yourself and the patterns you may feel stuck in.
Many of the people I work with appear capable on the outside, but internally struggle with self-doubt, anxiety, or repeating patterns in relationships. You might notice yourself overthinking, holding things in, or putting others first, yet still feeling lost or unsure how to move forward.
Often, these ways of coping have developed for good reasons. They can be understood as protective responses shaped by past experiences, relationships, and what you’ve had to carry. In therapy, we don’t rush to change these patterns, but begin by creating a sense of safety and gently getting to know them.
As we build understanding, you may start to notice different parts of yourself, perhaps ones that strive, avoid, or feel overwhelmed, and we can begin to explore these with curiosity and compassion, rather than judgment.
Over time, this can open up space for something new: a different way of relating to yourself and others, with more choice, balance, and a stronger sense of who you are.
I see therapy as a collaborative and relational process. It’s important to me that you feel safe, respected, and able to go at your own pace, with space to reflect, question, and be fully yourself.
I offer both short-term and open-ended therapy, depending on what feels right for you. I work with adults and young people (13+), and welcome enquiries from parents seeking support for their teenager. I aim to offer a space where young people can feel safe, understood, and able to express themselves at their own pace. Sessions are available online, in person, and by telephone, offering flexibility in how we work together.
Alongside my therapy work, I am currently training as a supervisor and welcome enquiries from trainee counsellors looking for a reflective and supportive space for their practice.
If cost is a concern, I do offer some concession spaces. Please feel free to ask when you get in touch.
You’re welcome to reach out whenever it feels right.
