I’m an Integrative Psychotherapist, which means I tailor my approach to meet your unique needs, drawing from different therapeutic methods to support you in the best way possible. I work with individuals aged 13 and over, offering a safe and inclusive space for everyone—regardless of gender, sexuality, race, faith, or ability.
I hold an FdSc degree in Integrative Psychotherapy from the University of Greenwich and have experience working in a variety of clinical settings, supporting people through a wide range of challenges. I have a particular specialism in domestic abuse and trauma, holding an IDVA qualification, and have also trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).
I understand that seeking therapy is a deeply personal decision, and I aim to provide a compassionate, confidential, and non-judgmental space where you can feel heard and supported. Whether you prefer in-person, online, or telephone counselling, I offer flexible options to suit your needs and location.
As a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), I adhere to their ethical framework to ensure the highest standard of care.
If you’re ready to take the next step, or if you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I’d love to support you on your journey toward healing and growth.
My professional training began with Counselling Skills, where I successfully completed Levels 1–3. Building on this foundation, I obtained an FdSc Degree in Integrative Counselling from the University of Greenwich, equipping me with a comprehensive understanding of various therapeutic approaches.
Before establishing my private practice, I worked as an Integrative Psychotherapist at a Women's Centre, providing support to individuals facing a range of psychological challenges. Additionally, I served as an Independent Domestic Violence Advocate (IDVA), specialising in supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals affected by domestic abuse. These roles have given me extensive experience in trauma-informed care and crisis intervention.
I am committed to ongoing professional development and regularly participate in CPD (Continuing Professional Development) workshops and events to ensure my practice remains informed by the latest research and therapeutic advancements.
